Telecommunications Specialist DutiesAs a Telecommunications Specialist you will be responsible for the following duties:Developing, evaluating, testing, and ensuring implementation of specialized telecommunications support to ensure the continued functioning of specific government components under all conditions.Supports planning and operations for an emergency preparedness mission.Participates in working groups and makes operational and planning decisions to resolve information technology and telecommunications conflicts.Leads information technology/telecommunications projects, ensuring compliance with existing policies and integration practices.Evaluates, analyzes, develops, manages, and improves communication systems through internal policy and procedure reviews and revisions.
