Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Regional Sales Rep I (RSR I) for a top steel manufacturing client. This candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned territory by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing an existing book of business, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to understand their needs, develop accurate volume and pricing forecasts, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful order fulfillment. This role offers significant customer interaction, business development opportunities, ownership of territory performance, and approximately 75% travel.

Skills and Requirements
• RSR I: Entry level to 5 years of sales experience
• RSR II: 5 + years of sales experience
• Bachelor's degree (if they have industry experience it's not needed but if they want growth or to move up then will need to attain it, Gerdau will pay for it)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Experience with forecasting, pricing analysis, and revenue generation
• Ability to manage a sales territory and achieve volume/revenue goals
• Willingness to travel approximately 75%
○ They own a territory & schedule customer visits themselves/manage their travel plans
○ Travel is typically Tuesday-Thursday
○ Need someone who is comfortable operating independently
