Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a HR Assistant II to join their team. As a HR Assistant II, you will be part of the HR support department, assisting the HR support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent critical thinking skills, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Assistant II

Location: Tampa, FL

Rate : $22/hr

What's the Job?

• Provide administrative support by documenting employee data changes, performance reports, and communications
• Answer inbound phone calls related to payroll inquiries, LOA, and other HR questions
• Create and manage cases using ServiceNow case management software
• Partner with payroll team to resolve employee payroll inquiries effectively
• Support day-to-day HR functions such as employee verifications, tuition reimbursement processing, and policy questions

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a customer service or HR support role
• Experience with case management software, preferably ServiceNow, and call management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Spanish language skills highly preferred
