Construction Project Manager – Finishes

Baton Rouge, LA | $60,000–$80,000 Base + 6% Commission | Full-Time

Experienced in commercial millwork, cabinetry, countertops, or specialty finishes? Ready to take the lead, grow a business division, and manage projects from start to finish?

Cornerstone Flooring Companies is an established commercial contractor looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to develop and lead our growing commercial countertop and window treatment divisions .

This is an opportunity to take ownership of two expanding divisions, build relationships, win projects, and deliver results, backed by an established company with strong customer relationships.

The Role

You'll combine your technical construction knowledge with estimating, business development, and hands-on project management.

Your will:

• Developing and growing both specialty finishes divisions.
• Building relationships with general contractors, suppliers, fabricators, and installers.
• Reviewing architectural plans, CAD drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Completing quantity takeoffs, estimates, bids, and proposals.
• Coordinating fabrication, materials, field measurements, and installations.
• Managing projects, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and profitability.
• Identifying new business opportunities and improving processes.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience in millwork, architectural cabinetry, countertops, stone fabrication, or related specialty finishes.
• Proven commercial estimating and quantity takeoff experience.
• Strong ability to interpret construction plans, CAD drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Experience managing commercial projects from estimating through installation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working independently and developing new business.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Louisiana.

Direct countertop or window treatment experience is advantageous but not essential.

Salary & Benefits

• $60,000–$80,000 base salary, depending on experience.
• 6% commission opportunity as divisions become established.
